About That Time is a horizontal sundial that will tell "about what time" it is. Participants are encouraged to post events or meetups on the approximate "hour". It is the hope of the artist that Flipside citizens will walk through the installation and learn of activities that are occuring "About That Time". At night, pre-programmed timers will use LEDs to illuminate the proper "About That Time" pole (+/- 30 minutes).
