Description
Area: City Planning
The Greeters Lead is responsible for coordinating all of the details of greeting the participants that arrive at Flipside, acutely increasing their excitement about the event, and educating them about Flipside's core values. This position requires excitement and exceptional patience. You must be able to delegate and motivate. Experience as a Greeter is a must.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Organize/Setup the Greeters Station
- Train Greeters and Greeter Shift Leads
